Episode 13: What is Mindfulness?

What is mindfulness? How can we use it to reclaim our sense of calm, peace and feeling centered?

At times, we all feel lost, stuck, helpless and off-center. Unchecked, these feelings can easily spike our anxiety. To help ease the intensity and take control of how we respond to stress, we can practice being mindful in our everyday life.

Join me to explore the concept of what it means to be mindful. We’ll practice a box breathing strategy together that may help you get unstuck, regroup and move forward in your life in less than 15 minutes.
