Stacey Tirro is a speaker, author, educator, coach, and the woman behind The Geriatric Gymnast. Leading by example, she defies the conventional “wisdom” around aging and explores reinvention, courage, resilience, and what happens when we give ourselves permission to become beginners again.

Through humor, storytelling, and her experience as an adult gymnast, Stacey shares what it means to expand in midlife—and invites audiences to do the same.
