Getting older isn’t about doing less.
It’s about discovering what else you can do.
The Geriatric Gymnast’s story (in short)…
I didn’t flip as a child.
I discovered the “adult cult” of gymnastics at 36. At first, it was a fun fitness activity wrapped in a fantastic community.
What I never expected was just how transformative that activity would become. So much so that I found myself competing for the first time—at 54.
What began as a physical challenge became something bigger—and much more profound. Along the way, I discovered a way to explore fear, aging, resilience, failure, courage, and the possibility of beginning again.
