Episode 6: Mental Decluttering

Everyone deals with clutter. Whether it is things that pile up on your kitchen table, or the swirl of thoughts that invade your brain, we spend so much of our waking moments trying to manage the clutter in our lives. Since it is unlikely that we will get rid of all of our possessions and responsibilities we have amassed in our lives, we need to find ways to take breaks from the incessant nature of our clutter.

Today’s episode is an exercise in giving ourselves permission to make some space to step away from the clutter for a few moments, and enjoy the gift of slow, quiet, time.
