Part of my summer self-care plan is to spend time outside. Whether it’s just sitting in my backyard or going for a hike, I thrive on absorbing some sun, breathing fresh air, and seeing green.

This episode takes us through a nature walk I recently took where I was able to experience the wonderful transition from monkey mind to tranquility. The meditation illuminates how we can enjoy the benefit of peace of mind, just from spending a little quiet time outdoors.
