As if I didn't have anything better to do, I've embarked upon a new Geriatric Gymnastics project. Along with this blog, the Changed for the Better podcast and blog, and working full-time as a high school dance and PE teacher, I was inspired to create a little something to further celebrate my cultish adult gymnastics obsession.
